Nigerian Tech Talents Get New Opportunities in Japan’s ‘Hometown City’

The partnership between Nigeria and Japan is expanding opportunities for Nigerian tech talents, with Kisarazu officially designated as Nigeria’s ‘hometown city’. This agreement, signed during the 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD), creates a special visa category for highly skilled young Nigerians to work in Kisarazu. The initiative also offers pathways for Nigerian artisans and blue-collar workers who wish to acquire new skills through a special dispensation visa.
