Gemini Secures EU-Wide Access with Malta MiCA License

The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) has granted Gemini a license, enabling the U.S. crypto exchange to operate across all European Union member states. This landmark approval removes the need for separate licenses in each market under the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA).
