Tether Taps Former White House Official for U.S. Expansion Strategy

Cryptocurrency platform Tether has appointed Bo Hines as strategic advisor to lead its regulatory compliance efforts and advance its presence in the United States. The appointment follows the signing of the GENIUS Act, the first federal law regulating cryptocurrency in the US. Hines brings extensive experience from his role as executive director of the White House Crypto Council under President Trump.
