Robinhood Suing New Jersey and Nevada to Block Sports Contract Cease-and-Desist Actions

Robinhood Derivatives has filed lawsuits against regulators in New Jersey and Nevada, aiming to stop enforcement actions regarding its sports event contracts. The company argues these actions contradict federal court rulings that allowed rival platform Kalshi to offer similar products under the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) oversight.
