Eminifx Founder Ordered to Pay $228 Million Restitution for Ponzi Scheme

A New York federal judge has ordered Eddy Alexandre, founder of the defunct cryptocurrency platform Eminifx, to repay over $228 million in restitution. This follows a court ruling that established Eminifx as operating as a Ponzi scheme, defrauding thousands of investors.
