South Korea Prepares to Regulate Stablecoins with New Bill

South Korea’s Financial Services Commission (FSC) is set to introduce a new bill aiming to regulate KRW-pegged stablecoins by October 2025. This move signals South Korea’s intention to closely align its regulatory framework with international trends in the stablecoin market.
