LibWork Invests ¥500 Million in Bitcoin Amidst Inflation Concerns

Japanese real estate firm LibWork announced a strategic investment of ¥500 million (approximately $3.4 million) in Bitcoin, driven by concerns about rising inflation and the increasing recognition of cryptocurrency as a safe-haven asset. The investment, planned to be implemented gradually between September and December 2025, aims to mitigate risks associated with holding cash amidst Japan’s persistent inflation rate while also aligning with emerging market growth opportunities. LibWork emphasized that this investment is part of their broader risk management strategy focused on long-term value preservation.
