Gemini Files for IPO Amidst Crypto Market Growth

Gemini Space Station Inc., the cryptocurrency exchange founded by billionaire twins Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, has filed for an initial public offering (IPO), hoping to join a wave of crypto companies going public under a supportive regulatory environment. Despite posting a $282.5 million net loss in the first half of 2025, the platform’s assets have grown significantly, exceeding $18 billion across various services. This move follows other successful IPOs in the crypto sector, such as Circle’s $1.2 billion debut and Bullish’s recent $1.1 billion offering.
