Cryptocurrency investment saw a significant surge last week, reaching an unprecedented high of $3.75 billion. This marked the fourth highest weekly inflow in history and was largely driven by Ethereum (ETH), which attracted a remarkable $2.87 billion in investment. This massive influx propelled Ethereum’s year-to-date inflows to a record high of $11 billion, representing 29% of all assets under management. The data reveals that investors were primarily drawn to iShares ETFs, with U.S. investors accounting for 99% of the activity. While Bitcoin (BTC) saw more modest inflows totaling $552 million, other cryptocurrencies like Solana (SOL), XRP, and Cardano (ADA) also witnessed gains. However, Litecoin (LTC) experienced a net outflow of $400,000. This focus on high-volume digital assets indicates continued market activity.
