Bitcoin Scaling Dispute: Miners Under Fire for Supporting Spam

A debate surrounding Bitcoin’s scalability is intensifying, with industry figures questioning the impact of spam transactions on the network. Long-time BTC advocate Samson Mow has proposed that mining hardware manufacturers refuse sales or impose penalties on companies involved in spam activity. Mow believes a potential 2% economic penalty would be sufficient to deter such actions.
