Following this release, Raphael Bostic, a voting member of the FOMC and President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, is scheduled to deliver a speech on the economic outlook at 3 a.m. UTC+8. Later in the day, the U.S. Department of Labor will publish the initial jobless claims data for the week ending August 16th at 8:30 p.m. Finally, Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell is scheduled to speak at the Jackson Hole Global Central Banking Conference on Friday at 10 p.m.
