SEC and Ripple Reach Agreement to End Appeals, Case Close Approaching

The long-running legal dispute between the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Ripple Labs has taken a significant step towards resolution. The SEC and Ripple have agreed to dismiss their appeals, signaling an imminent close to the case. Proceedings are now in line for final approval from the Court of Appeals before the dispute concludes.
