Ronin is making a major leap forward by transitioning from its own sidechain to an Ethereum Layer 2 platform, set for completion in Q1 or Q2 of 2026. This move, spearheaded by Sky Mavis, will involve a $450M TVL, with support from key players like Coinbase and Compound. The initiative aligns Ronin more closely with Ethereum, offering enhanced integration within the gaming ecosystem.
