A contentious legal dispute between Yuga Labs, the company behind the Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT collection, and digital artist Ryder Ripps and his counterpart is heating up. Yuga Labs CEO has accused Ripps of trademark infringement and cybersquatting, a claim that Ripps has publicly refuted through social media posts.
