Brazil Unveils Plan To Shield Exporters from U.S. Tariffs

Facing the brunt of 50% import duties imposed by U.S. President Donald Trump on certain Brazilian goods, the Brazilian government has unveiled a comprehensive support program to mitigate the impact on exporters. Known as ‘Sovereign Brazil,’ this plan provides a combined $5.5 billion in credit and several other measures aimed at easing the financial strain on affected businesses. ;
