BlackRock’s Crypto Holdings Reach $104 Billion, Driven by Ethereum Surge

BlackRock, a major asset manager, has seen its crypto portfolio surge past the $104 billion mark, fueled by a significant increase in Ethereum holdings. The company now holds approximately 743,310 Bitcoin valued at $89.27 billion and over 3.2 million ETH worth $14.71 billion. This growth since January is remarkable – adding $49.15 billion to its crypto portfolio from a starting point of $54.83 billion. While Bitcoin remains the dominant asset, Ethereum’s value has skyrocketed by over 309% in just seven months. BlackRock’s ETH holdings have increased dramatically since January from 1.07 million coins to over 3.2 million today.
