Pump.fun Spends $11 Million on Token Repurchases Despite Price Slide

Despite a recent price dip, Pump.fun, a Solana-based memecoin launchpad, has engaged in one of its largest single-day buybacks, spending $11.65 million to repurchase its native PUMP tokens at an average price of $0.0058. This action comes as the platform has been actively engaging in token repurchases since its initial coin offering (ICO) last month which raised around $600 million.
