Google Tightens Crypto Wallet Rules: Licenses Required for Play Store Apps

Google has implemented a new policy requiring all crypto wallet apps on its Play Store in the US and EU to obtain federal or equivalent banking licenses, including FinCEN registration. This stringent measure extends even to non-custodial wallets, which were previously exempt from such requirements under existing legal standards.
