Do Kwon Pleads Guilty: Facing 12-Year Sentence Over Terraform Labs Fraud

Do Kwon, former CEO of Terraform Labs, has pleaded guilty to fraud charges in a Manhattan federal court. This comes after the dramatic collapse of the Terra ecosystem, which saw billions lost and left investors reeling. Kwon faces a potential sentence of up to 12 years in prison as sentencing looms in December 2025.
