Bullish Exchange to Launch $990 Million IPO on NYSE

Bullish, a crypto exchange spun off from Block.one, is preparing for a major market listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The company plans to raise up to $990 million in funding through this IPO led by former NYSE president Tom Farley. BlackRock and ARK Investment Management are among the institutional investors expressing significant interest in participating in the IPO with investments of up to $200 million each. 30 million shares at a price range of $32-$33 per share are being offered, aiming for a total valuation of $4.8 billion.
