Do Kwon May Plead Guilty in Terraform Case, Court Hearing Scheduled

A federal court hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday, where Do Kwon, co-founder of collapsed cryptocurrency project Terraform Labs, may enter a change of plea. Judge Paul Engelmayer set the conference after months of legal back-and-forth, with Kwon previously pleading not guilty to nine felony charges including securities fraud and money laundering.
