Spot Solana ETFs: Seven Firms Seek SEC Approval Amidst Industry Optimism

The race for regulatory approval of a spot Solana ETF is gaining momentum. On June 13, seven firms including Fidelity, Grayscale, VanEck, and Franklin Templeton submitted updated or new S-1 filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). A common thread emerged across all these filings: staking was highlighted as a crucial element for their proposals. Notably, Fidelity launched its first-ever Solana ETP filing, while 21Shares, Bitwise, Galaxy Digital, Canary Capital, and Grayscale each provided updates with a 2.5% management fee included.
