Polkadot Proposes Bitcoin Reserve Using 500,000 DOT

The Polkadot community is proposing a significant move: establishing a Bitcoin reserve by converting 500,000 DOT into tBTC (Bitcoin-backed token on Ethereum) through Hydration’s automated system. This proposal is currently under discussion within governance forums and awaits voting.
