Ripple Seeks to Modify Court Ruling, Seek Relief from SEC Penalties

In a significant move within the ongoing Ripple vs. SEC case, Ripple and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have jointly requested modification of the final judgment. The motion seeks to dissolve the injunction imposed on Ripple and reduce the associated civil penalty. This latest development comes after Judge Analisa Torres previously rejected a similar request due to procedural errors.
