SEC Halts $1 Billion Solana Investment Plan Over Missing Paperwork

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has temporarily halted DeFi Development Corp’s proposed $1 billion investment plan for Solana, citing a missing internal controls report in its Form 10-K filing. The SEC flagged the filing for this omission, prompting the company to withdraw its application and halt the planned investment.
