Lummis Pushes for Reconciliation to Address Crypto’s Double Taxation

Senator Cynthia Lummis believes that reconciliation is the most effective path forward to eliminate double taxation on digital assets. In a recent X post, she argued that this process would provide an opportunity to rectify tax provisions unfairly impacting Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
