Peter Thiel-Backed Crypto Firm Bullish Secretly Prepares for U.S. IPO

The crypto trading platform, Bullish Global, backed by billionaire Peter Thiel, has secretly filed for an initial public offering (IPO) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This move comes as the popularity of cryptocurrency continues to grow, particularly in light of recent changes under President Trump’s administration. 2021 saw Bullish attempt a public listing but encountered market volatility that prompted them to pause. Led by Tom Farley, formerly part of the New York Stock Exchange, the firm operates with $10 billion in assets under management and boasts significant backing from notable figures like Thiel and Richard Li. Jefferies, a financial institution, is assisting with the process of going public for Bullish.
