Diplomatic Talks Shift to Moscow: Russia and US Agree on New Location

Russia and the U.S. have agreed to relocate diplomatic negotiations on sensitive issues from Istanbul to their respective capitals. According to Russian Ambassador Anatoly Antonov, this change was announced on June 10th, with the next round of talks scheduled to take place in Moscow soon.
