Telegram Founder Durov Speaks Out After French Detention

Pavel Durov, founder of messaging app Telegram, has granted a second on-camera interview with American journalist Tucker Carlson following his arrest in France. This follows his initial detention nearly ten months ago at Lé Bourget Airport. The interview sheds new light on the circumstances and motivations behind the French investigation into Telegram’s moderation policies.
