Initially focusing on encrypted messaging through Gleec Chat, the project has expanded its scope to create a wider ecosystem offering diverse services and applications for its native token, GLEEC. 2017 marked a crucial turning point when Gleec embraced blockchain technology and launched their native token, GLEEC, paving the way for further development. 2017 also saw the emergence of Gllec Wallet, which later became the Gleec BTC Exchange, enabling global access to cryptocurrencies. The project then broadened its offerings by integrating payment infrastructure with services such as Gleec Pay, allowing businesses to accept crypto payments, and Gleec Card, which facilitates spending GLEEC tokens at various retail locations using Visa compatibility.
