Circle’s $31 IPO Price Surprises Market Ahead of June 5 NYSE Debut

Circle has priced its Initial Public Offering (IPO) at $31 per share, exceeding expectations and setting the stage for its New York Stock Exchange debut on June 5th. The company raised approximately $1.05 billion by selling 34 million shares, valuing it at roughly $8 billion on a fully diluted basis.
