Circle Raises IPO to $1.05 Billion Ahead of NYSE Debut

USDC issuer Circle Internet Group, Inc. has increased the size of its initial public offering (IPO) to $1.05 billion as it prepares for its New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) debut today. The company initially planned a 24 million share offering with shares priced between $24 and $26 but adjusted their offering after receiving strong investor interest. With the new pricing, Circle will offer 34 million shares at $31 each.
