Circle Raises IPO Size to $1.05 Billion Ahead of NYSE Debut

Circle Internet Group, a leading stablecoin issuer, has significantly increased the size of its upcoming initial public offering (IPO). The company is now aiming to raise $1.05 billion by selling 34 million shares at $31 each, surpassing its previously announced range. This move bolsters Circle’s valuation to $6.9 billion, according to a June SEC filing that listed over 220 million outstanding shares. The company has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 5.1 million shares, demonstrating strong investor demand.
