Trump-Endorsed Crypto Wallet Triggers Controversy Amidst Family Denials

A new cryptocurrency wallet with ties to former President Donald Trump has ignited controversy, prompting the Trump family to publicly distance themselves from the project. Launched in collaboration with NFT marketplace Magic Eden and developers behind the $TRUMP memecoin, the project was initially positioned as an official crypto product linked to the U.S. leader. However, within hours, Trump’s sons – Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, and Barron Trump – asserted that they have no involvement with this initiative. They even emphasized that their family will launch its own official wallet through World Liberty Financial. This move followed a statement by Donald Trump Jr. on social media stating the Trump Organization has zero involvement. Eric Trump echoed the sentiment, warning Magic Eden to be cautious about using their name in an unauthorized project. Barron Trump, too, clarified the family’s absence from the venture.
