Ripple Denies $5 Billion Bid to Acquire Circle Amid IPO Preparations

Contrary to earlier reports, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse has categorically denied any intention of acquiring Circle. The company maintains it never made a bid for the USDC issuer and remains focused on initiatives like RLUSD and global tokenization projects. This denial follows claims that Ripple offered Circle up to $5 billion in a proposed takeover.
