Sygnum Bank warns that the shrinking supply of Bitcoin is creating conditions for a potential price surge driven by increasing institutional demand. The Swiss crypto bank reports that Bitcoin’s available liquidity has decreased by 30% in the last eighteen months, fuelled primarily by rising institutional adoption and the emergence of large-scale investment vehicles like ETFs and corporate treasuries.
