A new phishing platform targeting cryptocurrency users has been identified by security experts, according to Foresight News. SlowMist has issued a warning about ‘Risk Authorization’ tool claiming users have a security issue. This fake alert prompts users to enter their private keys to resolve the problem, leading them to a fraudulent website. The investigation revealed that the website, [website signature[.]land, mimics a legitimate Revoke tool interface, crafting fabricated risk results and collecting user inputs for malicious purposes. All user input is sent directly to the email address [email protected]. The operator of this platform, known as Titan, employs deceptive tactics such as impersonating SlowMist employees, using the avatar of Zachxbt on Telegram, and even commenting under crypto user posts with a 74,000-follower X account, to falsely claim wallet risks and direct users to the fraudulent link.
