The SEC filing reveals a revised share offering of 32 million shares with an IPO price range between $27 and $28 per share, representing an increase from the previous 24 million shares priced between $24 and $26. This adjustment coincides with Circle’s recent announcement of issuing 9.6 million shares of Class A common stock, reflecting a target valuation of $6.7 billion.
