SEC Scrutinizes New Ethereum and Solana Staking ETFs from REX Shares and Osprey Funds

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is examining two new, innovative exchange-traded fund (ETF) proposals by REX Shares and Osprey Funds for staking cryptocurrencies. These unique applications of C-Corp structures are aimed at providing exposure to Ethereum and Solana through novel ETF designs.
