Thailand’s SEC to Shut Down Bybit and Other Exchanges in June: Impact on Users & Markets

The Thailand Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced it will block major cryptocurrency exchanges, including Bybit, 1000X, CoinEx, OKX, and XT.com, starting next month. This move is aimed at protecting investors from potential money laundering risks. The SEC argues that these platforms are operating illegally without the required licenses in Thailand.
