Canary Capital Files for Staked Cronos ETF Registration

Canary Capital has filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for its Staked Cronos exchange-traded fund (ETF). This move allows investors to gain exposure to Crypto.com’s native token, Cronos (CRO), without directly purchasing or managing the asset.
