UK Government Rejects Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Plan

The UK government has dismissed plans to establish a strategic Bitcoin reserve, contrary to some other nations exploring such strategies. Emma Reynolds, Economic Secretary to the Treasury, emphasized this decision at the Financial Times Digital Asset Summit in London. She stated that regulatory frameworks hold greater significance for the digital asset sector than a Bitcoin reserve strategy.
