U.S. Congress Introduces Act to Clarify Digital Asset Regulation

A new bill called the ‘Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025,’ or the ‘CLARITY Act of 2025,’ has been introduced in U.S. Congress by Representative French Hill, with bipartisan support from three Democratic co-sponsors.
