Bybit Gains EU License Under MiCA, Expands Compliance Efforts

Bybit is among the first cryptocurrency exchanges to gain compliance with the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation. Obtaining a license from Austria’s Financial Market Authority, Bybit now operates within the EU according to MiCA regulations. This move opens doors for providing crypto-related services across the bloc and aligns with Bybit’s global compliance strategy.
