Usual Protocol Halts Operations After USD0 Exploit

Unusual Protocol has paused all smart contracts following a series of unverified transactions identified by BlockSec, leading to an investigation into the incident. The issuer of the USD0 synthetic stablecoin suspended operations while awaiting the threat’s removal. Analysis suggests the hack involved arbitrage between USD0++ and USD0, resulting in approximately $43K in illicit profits.
