TokenFi Launches Compliant RWA Tokenization Platform Enabling Real-World Asset Onboarding

TokenFi, the tokenization project from the Floki ecosystem, has launched its long-awaited real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform. This platform aims to simplify the integration of physical and financial assets into blockchain networks while ensuring full regulatory compliance. 1
The platform will go live on May 23rd and provides a no-code solution for businesses to create and issue compliant tokens backed by real-world assets. These tokens are built on the ERC-3643 standard, which seamlessly integrates compliance capabilities directly into the token itself.

The new RWA Tokenization platform enables issuers to set rules like investor eligibility based on their type or jurisdiction, enforcing these rules automatically through blockchain integration.

ONCHAINID, a smart identity framework at the heart of the platform, links token ownership to verified investor identities. This ensures that only qualified investors who meet KYC and regulatory requirements can purchase or trade tokens. With TokenFi’s platform, wallets become a signing tool rather than the owner.

The standard boasts strong interoperability features as well. Despite enhanced compliance capabilities, ERC-3643 tokens remain compatible with existing ERC-20 infrastructure, facilitating seamless integration into current blockchain ecosystems with minimal technical adjustments.

This approach allows businesses to leverage established tools while still meeting regulatory requirements.

TokenFi’s platform offers complete management control for issuers. They can easily set subscription periods and investment limits, configure fees and payment methods, and handle investor onboarding through built-in KYC and document signing tools. Should regulations change, issuers can even update compliance rules post-token launch.

The platform operates across all EVM-compatible blockchains, providing flexibility for project launches. TokenFi believes this makes the platform ideal for a wide range of applications including tokenizing equity and real estate, commodities, and intellectual property rights.
