Circle Eyes $5.65 Billion IPO, Set for NYSE Listing

Circle, the company behind the world’s second-largest stablecoin, USDC, is planning a significant initial public offering (IPO) aiming to reach a valuation of $5.65 billion. As per reports from Reuters, Circle will be launching approximately 9.6 million shares in this IPO. Additionally, certain shareholders plan to sell up to 14.4 million shares, priced between $24 and $26 each, to raise approximately $624 million upon listing.
