A cryptocurrency investor lost $2.6 million in stablecoin transactions, a victim of a sophisticated address poisoning scam targeting stablecoins like USDT. The attack took place over three hours and involved the use of zero-value transfers to deceive the investor into sending funds to a fake wallet address that mimicked a legitimate one.
