The Alpha platform features an integrated buy-and-sell system, allowing users to purchase new tokens directly from their exchange accounts using USDT without needing to navigate complex DeFi tools. This change eliminates previous complexities associated with token transactions and streamlines the process for increased ease of use. 1.5 million GT tokens were burned in Q1 2025 as part of Gate.io’s strategy of maintaining value and supporting its native token, GateToken (GT).
