Solana Labs’ subsidiary, Solana Mobile, has announced the launch of its decentralized architecture platform TEEPIN and associated token SKR. This move aims to power the ecosystem with increased security and transparency for developers, users, and manufacturers. The company also announced the beginning of shipping its second cryptocurrency-focused smartphone, the Seeker, on August 4th. TEEPIN, a three-layer architecture, will decentralize mobile Web3 access through secure hardware and on-chain governance. Co-founder and CEO Anatoly Yakovenko highlights this as a new era in mobile technology by eliminating reliance on central authority and promoting open innovation, platform ownership, and a decentralized future.
